delivery costs

Delivery is charged per item with alternative rates for UK and international. We may use a third party courier or delivery personally.

returns and refunds

In the case of an item arriving damaged please contact us within 24 hours. If possible a replacement will be issued upon return of damaged goods. However in some cases it may not be possible to supply a replacement, in which case a refund or exchange will be offered.
